Privacy Policy

This policy describes how SimShop.eu processes personal data. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the shop and fulfil orders.

1. Data Controller

Bombardi OÜ
Tallinn, Estonia
Registration number: 16902070
Email: ralf@simshop.eu

2. What We Collect and Why

When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and details of your order. We process this data to fulfil the contract with you: to process your order, arrange delivery, handle payments, and provide customer support (legal basis: performance of a contract).

We retain order and invoice data for as long as required by Estonian accounting legislation (7 years), on the legal basis of a legal obligation.

If you contact us with a question, we process the data you provide in order to respond (legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

3. Who Receives Your Data

We share personal data only where necessary to fulfil your order or operate the shop:

Payment processing — payments are handled by our payment service provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
Delivery — your name, address, and contact details are shared with the supplier dispatching your order and with the shipping carrier.
IT services — our website hosting and email providers process data on our behalf.

All processing takes place within the European Union or under safeguards recognised by EU law.

4. Cookies

SimShop.eu uses only the cookies necessary for the shop to function, such as maintaining your shopping cart and checkout session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted (where no legal retention obligation applies), to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at ralf@simshop.eu.

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
