Where We Deliver
We deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery to destinations outside the EU may be available for selected products — the available options for your address are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed and you would like to order, contact us at ralf@simshop.eu and we will see what we can arrange.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the product, its size and weight, and the destination. The exact cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched from within the European Union. Depending on the product, orders may be dispatched from different locations. As a general guide, most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days. Some products are produced or prepared to order, in which case dispatch can take longer — if that applies to your order, we will let you know.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.
Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination. If a significant delay arises with your order, we will inform you.
Deliveries Outside the EU
Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country. These charges are set by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times for non-EU destinations vary with customs processing.
Receiving Your Order
Please check the parcel on delivery. If the packaging shows visible transport damage, note it with the carrier if possible and contact us right away — photos of the packaging and contents help us resolve carrier claims quickly.
