These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through SimShop.eu. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

2. Products and Availability
We offer flight simulator hardware, modules and related products. Product descriptions and images are provided for general information and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in appearance, specifications or packaging may occur. Availability of products may vary and we reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at any time.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Prices for consumers include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.
4. Ordering and Contract
An order placed through the webshop constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm the order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, in the case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability — in which case any payment received will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched after payment has been received in full, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the European Union and to other destinations as shown at checkout. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are indicated during the ordering process. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier. If a significant delay arises, we will inform you. Risk in the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs procedures of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example, an email to ralf@simshop.eu) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. Please return goods unused, complete, and in their original packaging where possible. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or in other cases provided by law.

8. Legal Conformity Guarantee
As a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity: we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery, in accordance with applicable law. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement, or — where applicable — a price reduction or refund, as provided by law.
Products may additionally be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Any manufacturer’s warranty applies in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us first at ralf@simshop.eu — most issues can be resolved directly. Consumers in Estonia may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on SimShop.eu, including text and images, is the property of Bombardi OÜ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules on jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
